Fault 1: drill cnc machine tool holder does not rotate (the general system will prompt the position signal of the frame is wrong), there are many reasons that can cause the tool holder to not rotate.

Cause analysis: 1. The tool rest relay is disconnected after overload. The 380V phase of the tool holder motor is wrong. Since the tool holder can only rotate clockwise (there is a directional positioning mechanical mechanism inside the tool holder), if the three-phase connection is wrong, the tool holder motor is reversed as soon as it is powered on, the tool holder cannot rotate. 2, the tool rest motor three-phase power shortage phase. The 24V power supply used for the tool rest position signal is faulty, and the thrust ball bearing 7 on the center shaft 2 in the tool rest body is crushed by the axial positioning disc, and the bearing cannot rotate, so that the tool rest motor cannot drive the tool rest to rotate. 3. The "system position board" in the control system is faulty. After the tool holder is in place, the "system position board" should be able to detect the tool holder position signal.

Exclusion measures: check the strong current line of the machine tool, disassemble the tool holder, adjust the clearance of the thrust ball bearing, replace the damaged parts, check the 24V power supply, and replace the "system position board".

Fault 2: drill cnc machine tool holder rotation, but the lock of the tool holder is not tight or not in place, when the hand is pulled, the tool holder can shake left and right.

Cause analysis: The reverse circuit of the tool holder motor is faulty, and the motor is not reversed, because when the tool rotates, the motor should be reversed immediately, the tool holder body will fall, and the positioning and locking will be in the positioning slot of the tool holder base. If the motor is not reversed, the above action cannot be completed, and the tool holder will be loosened. When the tool holder rotates, the initial position of the screw used to lift the tool holder is not correct, so that the return position is not correct.

Elimination measures: check the motor reverse control circuit, disassemble the tool holder body, adjust the bolt rod boss and the initial position of the target wheel groove.

Fault 3: drill cnc machine tool holder rotation, but the tool holder rotation multiple tool positions, and can not be fixed at any tool position.

Cause analysis: Detect the fault of the Hall element in the position of the tool holder. The CPU board or position signal board in the control system is faulty. Procedure

Troubleshooting measures: Detect the static and dynamic parameters of Hall components, and replace the components if the parameters are abnormal. The CPU board and position double board are replaced.
