The best part of Ghorepani poonhill Trekking was reaching Poonhill early in the morning. I woke up before sunrise and hiked in the dark with my headlamp. When I reached the top, the sky started to change color. I saw the golden light touch the peaks of Dhaulagiri, Annapurna, and Machapuchare. It was quiet and magical. Many people were smiling and taking pictures, but I just stood there, feeling thankful.
