Hello! I was pleasantly surprised by the United Airlines BNA Terminal. Everything went smoothly, including check-in and boarding. It was easy for me to unwind before my flight because the terminal wasn't very packed. I valued the regular information regarding boarding times, and the United crew was polite and professional. Enough food and drink options were available for a quick bite, and the facilities were clean. The gates' proximity—no lengthy walks—was another feature I enjoyed. For someone who appreciates convenience, this setup is fantastic. I'll be confidently traveling United out of Nashville once more. This time, no problems at all!
