Hi I recently went to the Emirates Airlines Venice Office and all I can say is, it was an absolute delight from beginning to end. The moment I walked in, I was welcomed with a friendly smile by the staff, who promptly made me feel at home. I was there to ask about flights and book one, and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating. They spent time explaining the choices carefully to me, giving me all the information I needed about the routes, baggage fees, and extra services. They were highly professional and informed, and I loved how patiently they replied to my every question, irrespective of its magnitude. The office itself is also modern, clean, and extremely comfortable. It was simple enough to locate, and I didn't have to wait for long before being served. What I was most impressed with was the manner in which they dealt with a small problem with my booking – they resolved it very swiftly and ensured I was completely satisfied. It was apparent that they really cared about offering the best possible customer service. Overall, I departed absolutely confident and looking forward to my flight. I will most certainly be booking out of this office again with Emirates in the future and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone departing Venice. Excellent service across the board!
