It is necessary to cut off the anti-theft ring (strip) of the bottle cap, seal it with rated torque of not less than 1.2NM, test with a sealing tester, pressurize it to 200kPa, maintain the pressure under water for 1 minute, and observe whether there is gas leakage or trip.

The gas cap is pressurized to 690kPa, maintain the pressure under water for 1 minute, and observe whether there is gas leakage, then increase the pressure to 1207kPa, maintain the pressure for 1 minute, and observe whether the cap is slipped.
