Kaustav sehgal is a Delhi-based martial arts instructor. He is the co-founder of contact combat india, a renowned kickboxing and krav maga studio based in gurugram, noida and CR park. After attaining black belt in taekwondo Kaustav studied other martial arts like mixed martial arts and kickboxing before he realized the usefulness of krav maga in practical self defense situations. He trained under renowned international krav maga masters like amnon darsa, avi moyal, eyal yanilov and is a direct descendant of imi lichtenfeld, creator of the art. Kaustav is an experienced and skilled instructor. He has several certifications in different martial arts & fitness disciplines.
