My most recent Icelandair DTW Terminal was excellent. The terminal staff was courteous, helpful, and eager to answer any questions I could have had. There were no lengthy waits or misunderstandings when I arrived; I was welcomed right away. The terminal itself provided everything I needed and was spotless. The trip was pleasant with a crew who kept us comfortable. Icelandair has excellent customer service skills.
